Strawberry Rosehip Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients
The base

full-fat coconut milk or milk of your choice

rosehips or rosehip tea bags (optional)

vanilla bean seeds or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
The fruit and yogurt

fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled

plain Greek yogurt (0%, 2%, or full-fat)
Instructions
- Heat the milk and honey in a saucepan over low heat until simmering, then add the rosehips and vanilla.
- Cover and steep for 10 minutes, then strain the milk to remove the solids.
- Blend the strained milk with 2 cups of strawberries until smooth.
- Add the Greek yogurt and blend until combined, then chop the remaining strawberries and mix them in.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge.
- Churn in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions, or freeze in a ziplock bag and blend until smooth if you don't have an ice cream maker.
