Berry Coconut Frozen Yogurt

Instructions
- Prepare the ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Hull and slice the strawberries, then combine them with the raspberries, honey, jam, and coconut rum in a bowl. Stir and let sit for 1 hour.
- Add the coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and salt to the berry mixture and stir to combine.
- Puree the mixture in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Churn the mixture in the ice cream maker according to the instructions, adding the toasted coconut in the last 5 minutes.
- Serve topped with additional toasted coconut.
