Blueberry Frozen Yogurt

Instructions
- 1. Pick through the blueberries and remove any bad ones.
- 2. In a saucepan, combine blueberries, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt, and bring to a simmer.
- 3. Reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Optional: Strain the mixture for a smooth texture, mashing the blueberries to extract liquid.
- 5. Chill the blueberry mixture completely in the refrigerator or freezer.
- 6. Mix the chilled blueberry mixture with the chilled yogurt.
- 7. Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- 8. Serve immediately for soft serve or freeze for a few hours for a scoopable consistency.
