Toby’s Tempeh Stir Fry

frozen assorted stir-fry vegetables

Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a sauté pan and brown the sliced tempeh.
- Remove the tempeh from the pan and set it aside.
- In the same pan, add the frozen vegetables with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and sauté while steaming with a covered lid.
- Once the vegetables are steamed, return the browned tempeh to the pan, add soy sauce to taste, and warm everything before serving.
