Phyllo Fruit Tart

Instructions
- Combine melted butter and canola oil in a small bowl.
- Place one sheet of phyllo dough on a baking sheet and brush with the butter mixture.
- Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets.
- Bake at 400°F for 5-7 minutes until browned, then cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and add powdered sugar, mixing well.
- Fold in the whipped topping and spread over the cooled phyllo.
- Top with mandarin oranges, sliced kiwifruit, and strawberries.
- Melt white chocolate in the microwave and drizzle over the fruit.
