Blueberry Lemonade with Mint

Ingredients

Ice Cubes

  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaves, packed
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

Lemonade

  • 4 cups water
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ice cube ingredients until you reach the desired texture.
  2. Divide the mixture into a 12-serving ice cube tray and freeze.
  3. Juice the lemons to obtain about ½ cup of juice.
  4. Combine the lemon juice and water in a large container.
  5. Warm the maple syrup to help it mix better, then pour it into the container with the water and lemon juice, mixing well.
  6. Refrigerate the mixture until cold.
  7. Once the ice cubes are frozen, place 3 cubes in each cup, garnish with fresh mint, and pour the lemonade over the ice cubes.
