Blueberry Lemonade with Mint

Instructions
- Blend all the ice cube ingredients until you reach the desired texture.
- Divide the mixture into a 12-serving ice cube tray and freeze.
- Juice the lemons to obtain about ½ cup of juice.
- Combine the lemon juice and water in a large container.
- Warm the maple syrup to help it mix better, then pour it into the container with the water and lemon juice, mixing well.
- Refrigerate the mixture until cold.
- Once the ice cubes are frozen, place 3 cubes in each cup, garnish with fresh mint, and pour the lemonade over the ice cubes.
