Frozen Mint Lemonade

Garnish
Instructions
- Combine lemon juice, water, mint, and sugar in a blender and blend until the sugar dissolves.
- Add ice and blend on low to break it up, then increase speed until slushy.
- If too thick, let it rest for 5 minutes, stir, and blend again.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
