Easy Potato Salad

The salad

The dressing

mayonnaise

Instructions
- Boil potatoes with salt until tender, about 10 minutes, then drain and cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and garlic powder.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, onion, celery, and chopped eggs.
- Add the mayonnaise mixture and stir to combine.
- Season to taste with additional salt and pepper, and garnish with paprika.
