Healing Homemade Chicken Soup

kale, torn into smaller pieces

Instructions
- Heat a large dutch oven to medium high heat.
- Add grape seed oil and onion, and sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add garlic, ginger, carrots, celery, and turmeric, and sauté for a few minutes.
- Stir in lentils and place the raw chicken breast on top of the veggies.
- Pour chicken broth over the mixture and add thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and bring to a boil, then simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot along with the kale.
- Simmer for a few more minutes, then remove the herb stems and finish with lemon juice.
- Serve the soup.
