Ingredients

The smoothie base

  • 2 pieces bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Almondmilk
  • ½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

The flavorings

  • 2 teaspoons chai tea leaves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately, optionally topped with extra banana slices.
