Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 4 pieces ice cubes
  • 1 heaping tbsp almond butter (or PB)
  • 1 piece pitted medjool date
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 large peeled banana, frozen
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender starting with the milk.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Add more ice if necessary.
  4. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon.
