Ingredients

The smoothie

  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ to 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • tsp cinnamon

Optional add-ins

  • 2 big handfuls spinach
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed collagen
  • ¼ to ½ cup frozen berries

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to your blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend on high until creamy.
  3. Pour and sprinkle a little more cinnamon on top.
  4. Enjoy your smoothie!
