  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (optional, omit for dairy-free or vegan)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. For a thinner smoothie, add more liquid; for a thicker smoothie, adjust the amount of liquid accordingly.
