Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
- Stir together and cook on high for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve topped with green onion or chives.
- For a crispy topping, transfer to a baking dish and bake at 375°F for 10 minutes with extra cheese.
