Ingredients

The smoothie

  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 1 cup pitted cherries
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional add-ins

  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed, chia seeds, or hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Add the milk, mango, cherries, yogurt, and vanilla to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If desired, add ice and blend again until combined.
