The sauce

low sodium fat free chicken broth

capers, drained and rinsed

Instructions
- Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a large Ziploc bag, then add chicken and shake to coat.
- Heat butter and oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then cook chicken for 3 minutes on one side until golden.
- Flip chicken and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through, then remove and keep warm.
- Add chicken broth to the pan, scraping up browned bits, then stir in lemon juice, garlic, and capers, cooking for 4-5 minutes until sauce reduces.
- Pour sauce over chicken and garnish with parsley if desired.
