Instructions
- Cream together the butter and sugar in a stand mixer, then add vanilla.
- Slowly add the cake flour while the mixer is on low until well combined, then mix in the chopped pecans.
- Cover the dough and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Shape the dough into balls about 1 ½ inches in diameter.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
