Easy Creamy Buffalo Chicken Soup

Instructions
- Heat olive oil and chopped onions in a pot until fragrant.
- Add minced garlic and stir.
- Pour in chicken broth, Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes on medium-low heat.
- Add cream cheese and Greek yogurt to the pot and stir until combined.
- Serve hot, topped with cheese, green onions, and blue cheese if desired.
