Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with chicken rub, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken and chicken broth to the slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours, then shred the chicken.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In a bowl, combine 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), and Buffalo sauce, mixing until combined.
- Add the shredded chicken to the mixture and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray and transfer the chicken mixture into it.
- Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
