Ingredients

The dip

  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 6 cups cooked & shredded chicken breast
  • 8 oz Colby Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup blue cheese dressing
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Toppings

  • to taste chopped green onion
  • to taste blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  1. Set the crockpot to low and add cream cheese.
  2. Add the cooked chicken, Colby Jack cheese, buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing, ranch dressing, and garlic powder to the crockpot.
  3. Stir the mixture roughly and cover with the lid.
  4. Cook for 75-90 minutes, stirring after 45 minutes, until warm and the cheese is melted.
  5. Top with blue cheese crumbles and chopped green onion before serving.
