Ingredients

The base

  • 1 cup cooked potato
  • 4 cloves roasted garlic
  • ¾ cup raw cashews
  • 1 ½ cups veggie broth
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk

The flavorings

  • 4 ounces chopped mild green chiles
  • ½ cup jarred mild pickled jalapeños
  • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeño juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except for ¼ cup of pickled jalapeños until smooth.
  2. Pulse in the remaining ¼ cup of jalapeños for texture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a pot and heat over medium-low until thick and gooey, stirring frequently.
  4. Serve hot with your choice of dippers.
