Creamy Vegan Queso

Instructions
- Soak the cashews overnight or pour boiling water over them and let soak for 20 minutes.
- In a high-speed blender, combine the soaked cashews, hot water, marinara sauce, garlic, nutritional yeast, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and optional tapioca/arrowroot and chili powder.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and enjoy with tortilla chips.
