Instructions
- Soak the cashews in hot water for about 15 minutes to soften them.
- In a blender, combine the lemon juice, nutritional yeast, turmeric, and salt.
- Drain the juices from the can of diced tomatoes and add them to the blender.
- Add the soaked cashews and their soaking water to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies.
- Adjust the flavors to taste, then warm the dip in a crockpot or on the stovetop before serving.
