Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender, starting with the lesser amount of water.
- Add more water as needed to achieve a creamy, pourable consistency.
- Taste and adjust flavors, adding more nutritional yeast, salt, cumin, chili powder, or garlic as desired.
- Serve with chips or as a topping for tacos, nachos, or burritos.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5-7 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
