Instructions
- Soak cashews in warm water for 5 minutes.
- Drain and rinse the cashews.
- Chop the red bell pepper.
- Add cashews, chopped pepper, salsa, nutritional yeast, salt, and turmeric to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Serve at room temperature or warm it in a saucepan or microwave.
