Gluten-Free Honey Cake

Instructions
- Brew coffee by pouring boiling water through ground coffee and cool the liquid.
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and cloves.
- In another bowl, combine agave, oil, eggs, and cooled coffee.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in raisins.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool for 1 hour before serving.
