Ingredients

  • cups blanched almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup palm shortening
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Combine the almond flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and cloves in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the honey, shortening, and eggs.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, then stir in the raisins.
  4. Grease and flour an 8-inch springform pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and cool for 1 hour before serving.
