Instructions
- Combine the almond flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and cloves in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the honey, shortening, and eggs.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, then stir in the raisins.
- Grease and flour an 8-inch springform pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and cool for 1 hour before serving.
