Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, salt, baking soda, arrowroot powder, and cinnamon.
- 3. In a separate bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, honey, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- 4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
- 5. Gently fold in the diced apples.
- 6. Pour the batter into a greased 9x11 inch pan and sprinkle with turbinado sugar and nutmeg if using.
- 7. Bake for 30 minutes or until set in the center and lightly browned.
- 8. Let cool before serving.
