The Crumble

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper, oiling the pan first.
- Wash and chop the apples into small pieces and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry cake ingredients and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut milk, and maple syrup.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in the chopped apples.
- Make the crumble by pulsing all crumble ingredients in a blender or food processor for about 30 seconds.
- Layer half of the batter in the baking dish, followed by half the crumble mixture, then the remaining batter, and top with the remaining crumble.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
