Instructions
- Rinse the prawns and pat them dry, then trim the antennae and devein them.
- Mix tamarind pulp with water and extract the juice.
- Combine the tamarind juice, pulp, and salt with the prawns and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok and pan-fry the prawns until cooked and slightly charred, then add sugar and stir to combine.
- Serve immediately with steamed rice.
