Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a muffin tray.
- In a large bowl, cream together the pistachio butter, butter, and sugar.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until light and fluffy.
- Incorporate the flour, baking powder, and salt, stirring until mostly combined.
- Add the milk and stir until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and pistachios until evenly distributed.
- Fill the muffin tray cavities with the batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
