Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with a Silpat or parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, sea salt, and cocoa powder, then set aside.
- Cream the butter and sugars together with a mixer until smooth, then add the eggs one at a time and mix in the vanilla.
- Gradually add the flour mixture and beat until just combined, then stir in the chocolate chunks and pistachios.
- Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart, and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes until set but still soft in the center, then let them sit on the baking sheet for 3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
