Ingredients

The smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 handful fresh baby spinach
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Optional extras

  • ½ lime juice
  • a pinch chili powder

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Puree until smooth, adding extra almond milk or water if needed.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Serve immediately.
