Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar, then mix until smooth.
- 3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- 4. Place one triangle of dough with the short side facing you and spread about a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on the bottom third.
- 5. Top the cream cheese with two rows of blueberries.
- 6. Roll the dough from the edge closest to you to the tip, encasing the blueberries.
- 7. Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet and repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- 8. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 10-13 minutes until golden.
