Blueberry Sweet Rolls with Lemon Glaze

The Sweet Lemon Glaze

milk, half-and-half, or heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare the filling by combining frozen blueberries, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl and letting it sit.
- Make the dough by mixing the remaining flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a large bowl.
- Heat water, milk, and butter until melted and hot, then stir into the flour mixture along with the egg.
- Knead the dough for about 5-6 minutes until elastic, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the blueberry filling, and roll tightly.
- Cut the roll into pieces and place them in a greased pan, then cover and let rise in a warm place for 2-3 hours.
- Preheat the oven and bake the rolls until lightly browned.
- Prepare the glaze by whisking together the glaze ingredients and pour over the rolls before serving.
