Instructions
- Warm the milk until lukewarm and mix with sugar and yeast; let sit until foamy.
- Beat in softened butter, eggs, and salt, then gradually add flour to form a soft dough.
- Knead the dough until soft and supple, then let it rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size.
- Prepare the filling by warming strawberries and mixing with sugar and cornstarch; chill.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling, and roll tightly into a log.
- Cut the log into 12 rolls and place them in a greased baking dish to rise again.
- Preheat the oven and bake the rolls until golden brown.
- Make the glaze by whisking lemon juice and confectioners' sugar together, then pour over warm rolls.
