Champagne Mojitos

Instructions
- Muddle the mint, thai basil, sugar, and lime wedges in a small glass.
- Pour the rum into a pitcher and add the muddled mixture along with plenty of ice.
- Top with the cold cava and pour into glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint or thai basil.
