Champagne Mojitos

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ cup thai basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoons super fine sugar
  • 2 limes cut into wedges
  • 1 cup rum
  • 1 bottle cold cava

Instructions

  1. Muddle the mint, thai basil, sugar, and lime wedges in a small glass.
  2. Pour the rum into a pitcher and add the muddled mixture along with plenty of ice.
  3. Top with the cold cava and pour into glasses filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint or thai basil.
