Classic Mojito

Instructions
- Add coconut sugar and fresh mint leaves to a large pitcher.
- Muddle the mint leaves with a wooden spoon or muddler for about 1 minute to release the flavor.
- Pour in the fresh lime juice and white rum, then stir to combine.
- Top off the mixture with club soda.
- Serve with fresh mint leaves and lime wedges.
