Instructions
- Muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker until aromatic.
- Add the white rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and a handful of ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Top with club soda or sparkling water and garnish with lime slices and more mint.
