Instructions
- Prepare the fillings by cutting the cucumber and avocado into matchstick-sized pieces and cooking the prawns until they change color.
- Lay a sheet of cling wrap over a bamboo sushi mat.
- Place a sheet of nori on the cling wrap and spread sushi rice over two-thirds of the nori.
- Flip the nori and rice over, then spread mayonnaise in the center.
- Add the prawns, cucumber, and avocado on top of the mayonnaise.
- Roll the nori tightly using the bamboo mat, applying gentle pressure.
- Slice the roll with a sharp knife and serve with condiments.
