Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a pizza pan.
- Spread the grated zucchini on the pan and sprinkle lightly with sea salt, then bake for 10-15 minutes until semi-soft.
- In a bowl, combine eggs, mozzarella, coconut flour, and sea salt.
- Pat the baked zucchini dry with paper towels and mix it into the bowl with the other ingredients.
- Grease the pizza pan again and spread the zucchini mixture into a thin circle.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until there are brown spots on top.
- Let the crust rest for 10 minutes, then add sauce and toppings.
- Return to the oven at 400°F (204°C) for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
