Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Slice each zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds, leaving about ½-inch of the flesh.
- Place the zucchini cut-side up on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake the zucchini for about 20 minutes until tender.
- Fill the cooked zucchini with pizza sauce, shredded cheese, and toppings like pepperoni and veggies.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil and parmesan cheese if desired.
