Mini Zucchini Pizzas

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the broiler on high.
- 2. Slice zucchinis diagonally to make about 16 pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
- 3. Mix pizza sauce, tomato paste, oregano, and garlic powder, then spread about 1 teaspoon over each zucchini slice.
- 4. Combine the cheeses and sprinkle about 1 tablespoon over each zucchini slice.
- 5. Add chopped olives and pepperoni on top of the cheese.
- 6. Place the baking sheet in the oven to broil for about 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
