Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and butter a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté onion and celery until softened.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and mix in chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
- Add herbs to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, then combine with the egg mixture.
- Toss in the bread cubes and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for about 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until crispy.
