Instructions
- Chop the cauliflower into florets.
- In a pot, combine coconut milk, peanut butter, curry powder, sriracha sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the pot and stir to coat them in the sauce.
- Cook over medium heat until the cauliflower is tender.
- Stir in lime juice before serving.
