Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan with a steamer basket, bring water to a boil and steam the cauliflower for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the steamed cauliflower to the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, sea salt, curry powder, harissa, and cumin, then drizzle over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stir, then bake for another 15 minutes until the cauliflower is charred on the edges.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, then serve with yogurt, cilantro, and toasted cashews.
