Ingredients

The cauliflower

  • 8 oz cauliflower florets

The seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Indian curry powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 dashes ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
  2. 2. Mix the melted butter, curry powder, salt, and pepper together.
  3. 3. Add the cauliflower to the curry mixture and toss to coat well.
  4. 4. Transfer the cauliflower to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  5. 5. Roast for 20 minutes and serve immediately.
