Ingredients

The cauliflower

  • 1 large head cauliflower

The seasoning

  • 4 medium garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Chop the cauliflower into florets and mince the garlic.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower and garlic with olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat, then spread the cauliflower in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 25-35 minutes, stirring once, until the cauliflower is tender and browned.
  6. Serve immediately.
