Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a rimmed baking sheet.
- Trim the base of the cauliflower and remove any remaining leaves.
- Use a paring knife to cut out the core of the cauliflower.
- Cut the florets from the stem and chop them into 2-3 uniform pieces.
- Place the florets on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cauliflower is crispy on the bottom and golden on top.
- Serve and enjoy.
