Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Trim the base of the cauliflower and remove any remaining leaves.
  3. Use a paring knife to cut out the core of the cauliflower.
  4. Cut the florets from the stem and chop them into 2-3 uniform pieces.
  5. Place the florets on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cauliflower is crispy on the bottom and golden on top.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
