Garlic Roasted Cauliflower

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, and massage the mixture into the cauliflower.
- Transfer the cauliflower onto the prepared baking sheet, scraping any remaining garlic or oil from the bowl.
- Spread the cauliflower evenly on the parchment paper.
- Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown, tossing the cauliflower after 15 minutes for even cooking.
