Ingredients

The cauliflower

  • 1 large head cauliflower, chopped into florets

The seasoning

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, pressed
  • ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, and massage the mixture into the cauliflower.
  3. Transfer the cauliflower onto the prepared baking sheet, scraping any remaining garlic or oil from the bowl.
  4. Spread the cauliflower evenly on the parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown, tossing the cauliflower after 15 minutes for even cooking.
